Welder with Travel Technician Competence

MK Manning is now looking for experienced welders who also possess practical travel technician competence for work on various industrial projects around Sweden. The role suits you if you are technically skilled, enjoy working out at the customer's site, and thrive in a flexible setup where no work week is the same as the other.

Job Responsibilities

As a welder with travel technician competence, you will:

• Perform advanced welding work within MIG/MAG/TIG in connection with assembly and installations.
• Work independently according to drawings and technical documentation.
• Carry out mechanical assembly, adjustments, and adaptations on-site at the customer.
• Ensure that all work meets high technical and quality standards.
• Work with different materials – primarily steel, but also stainless steel and aluminum.
• Perform the work with high safety awareness and follow existing routines.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Documented experience with MIG/MAG/TIG welding.
• Strong material knowledge and experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read drawings and work solution-oriented on-site.
• Previous experience in assembly work, preferably within industry or manufacturing environments.
• Good teamwork skills and a high degree of independence.
• Category B driver's license and willingness to travel and work in different locations in Sweden.
• High awareness of quality and risk.

Certificates / Licenses

For the role, you are required to have one or more of the following licenses:

• 141 PA
• 135 PA
• 136 PA
