Welder with Traveling Fitter Competence

MK Manning is now looking for experienced welders who also possess practical traveling fitter competence for work on varied industrial projects around Sweden. The role suits you if you are technically skilled, enjoy working out at customer sites, and thrive in a flexible setup where no work week is like the other.

Responsibilities

As a welder with traveling fitter competence, you will:

• Perform advanced welding work within MIG/MAG/TIG in connection with assembly and installations.
• Work independently according to drawings and technical documents.
• Carry out mechanical assembly, adjustments, and adaptations on-site at the customer.
• Ensure that all work maintains a high technical and quality standard.
• Work with different materials – primarily steel, but also stainless steel and aluminum.
• Perform the work with high safety awareness and follow current routines.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Documented experience of MIG/MAG/TIG welding.
• Strong material knowledge and experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read drawings and work solution-oriented on-site.
• Previous experience in assembly work, preferably within industry or manufacturing environments.
• Good teamwork skills and a high degree of independence.
• Category B driver's license and willingness to travel and work in different locations across Sweden.
• High quality and risk awareness.

Certificates / Licenses

For the role, you must have one or more of the following licenses:

• 141 PA
• 135 PA
• 136 PA
