Z-MEK in Nödinge is now looking for an experienced CNC milling machine operator who wants to become part of a family-owned company in development. About the role:

As a CNC milling machine operator at Z-MEK, you will work with the manufacturing of advanced components, primarily for the pharmaceutical industry, in a modern and technically developed production environment. The production is characterized by high demands on quality and surface finish, where precision, accuracy, and technical understanding are crucial.

You will work in 3- and 5-axis Mazak machines with technically complex parts. The focus is on creating and ensuring high-quality surfaces in materials with high demands on machining results. The work involves optimizing machining strategies, improving cycle times, and ensuring stable processes throughout the entire production.

Programming and optimization in Mastercam is a natural part of the daily work with the aim of further developing, streamlining, and troubleshooting existing programs and manufacturing processes. You are expected to contribute with technical understanding and be able to analyze whether deviations are due to, for example, programs, machines, or materials.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who are an experienced CNC milling machine operator and who thrives in a technically advanced environment where quality and details are at the center. You have a strong technical interest, work in a structured manner, and like to understand the interplay between machine, tool, program, and material. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-reliant, analytical, and have a drive to constantly improve the results.

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC milling
• Experience with programming and optimization in Mastercam and/or Mazatrol
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car

Merits:

• Experience with 5-axis machining
• Experience with difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, or titanium
• Experience with advanced surface requirements or high-precision machining
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

Working hours: Daytime or evening shifts
Start date: According to agreement
