Responsibilities

In the role of assembler and tester, you are responsible for the entire chain from assembly to troubleshooting. Your main tasks include:

• Digital, electrical, and RF testing of units and subsystems.
• Testing of products at both board level and unit level.
• Troubleshooting and repair of products.
• Performing simpler assembly and precision soldering.
• Interpreting and reading drawings as well as documentation in both Swedish and English.
• Document and deviation management according to established processes.
• Contributing to continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and economics.
• Communication of work status for the units you are responsible for.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with a strong technical interest and experience in microwave testing. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Good understanding of instruments (from multimeters to network analyzers).
• Ability to build and manage test setups and measurement rigs.
• A technical education or equivalent background.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• As a person, you are resilient, meticulous, and flexible in the face of changes in the production flow. Since the role involves security-classified work, a valid citizenship in accordance with the Security Protection Act and a approved security clearance are required.
