About the unit

The 3rd Helicopter Squadron operates at Blekinge Wing in Ronneby. We are one of four squadrons and belong to the Helicopter Wing in Linköping. There are approximately 200 employees at the squadron in Ronneby. Our unit is housed in modern facilities where the entire squadron is gathered in a single building. Our development and growth provide many opportunities for you as an employee. The squadron's mission is primarily focused on sea-operational activities, which implies close cooperation with the Navy.

We are now looking for a Technical Company Commander for the 3rd Aircraft Maintenance Company. Our task is to perform aircraft maintenance on the squadron's helicopter systems and provide the two divisions with flight hours according to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Company Commander with technical services.
• Responsible for maintenance monitoring, maintenance, introduction, decommissioning, and modification of the company's equipment.
• Plans, leads, and monitors the technical service function within the company.
• Responsible for contact with maintenance workshops.
• Responsible for contact with material planners regarding flight safety-affecting equipment.
• Prepares and disseminates issued technical orders.
• Ready to support other parts of the squadron with technical services.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education or according to the employer's assessment.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of the PRIO technical service system and the LIFT system.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Meritorious

• Officer training.
• Military service certificates.
• Heavy vehicle licenses (Class C, CE).
• Experience in previous service as a Technical Company Commander or equivalent.

Personal qualities

We see that you are meticulous, have good cooperation skills, and a strong drive to develop and build up operations from the perspective of technical services. You are a role model who can mentor and develop younger colleagues. Good physical fitness is fundamental to our operations. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
