Do you want to work in a stable industrial environment where safety, quality, and community are at the center? We are now looking for operators for our unit in Storfors – starting in August!

RESPONSIBILITIES

At Degerfors Long Products, you will have an important role in the production of stainless steel, becoming part of a team that ensures an efficient and high-quality production flow together.

The work is varied and practical, and you will be involved in several parts of the process. This may include heat treatment, straightening, and turning, as well as packing, sewing, and loading and unloading materials.

You will also operate forklifts and overhead cranes, where safe and careful handling of materials is a natural part of everyday life. Quality control is part of the daily work to ensure that our products maintain high standards.

The role also includes preventive maintenance and active safety work, where you contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment together with your colleagues.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a strong safety mindset. You thrive in an industrial environment and enjoy practical work with varied tasks. You are meticulous and structured in your approach, while also being a team player who contributes to a good work climate.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have industrial education and experience from industrial work. A forklift license and overhead crane license are required. This is a role for you who wants to develop within the industry and become part of a stable company with good team spirit and long-term prospects.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Operator is a full-time consultancy assignment starting in August. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at Degerfors Long Products. For the right person, there are good opportunities to eventually be hired directly by Degerfors Long Products.
