We are a company from Värmland that has developed and manufactured lifting equipment since 1987. Today, we are a global player with approximately 40 distributors worldwide. Our products are primarily used in the construction and industrial sectors and are associated with high quality, productivity, safety, and sustainability. What started as a small local initiative has grown into a company with significant expansion, yet we remain a small, family-oriented organization with our heart still in Värmland.
Ganterud Lifting Solutions AB develops innovative and safe lifting solutions for the construction and industrial sectors. With customers around the world and a growing network of distributors, we are in an exciting phase of expansion.
Do you want to drive international growth in a Swedish technology company? We are now looking for an International Regional Manager who wants to take a key role in our continued international journey.
About the Role
In this role, you are responsible for developing our business in selected international markets. You work closely with our distributors and are a key driver in creating structure, growth, and long-term relationships.
This is a role where you get to combine strategy and operational work, from analyzing markets and developing collaborations to visiting partners and customers, training, following up, and driving the business forward.
You report to the Global Sales Director and will become a central part of shaping how we work internationally moving forward.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales and growth within your region.
- Develop, evaluate, and strengthen our network of distributors.
- Ensure activity, structure, and results in the collaboration.
- Work with market analysis and business development.
- Support, train, and coach distributors.
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and presentations internationally.
- Follow up on the pipeline and contribute to forecasting.
- Act as a link between the market and product development.
Your Background
We believe you have experience in international B2B sales, preferably through distributors or partners. You have a technical understanding and thrive in a role where you both drive business and develop collaborations over time.
Experience with industrial or construction-related products is an advantage, but most importantly, you have the ability to grasp technical solutions and translate them into business opportunities.
You are accustomed to working independently, taking responsibility for your region, and creating structure in your work. At the same time, you are a reliable relationship builder who thrives in international contexts.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Additional languages such as French, Italian, German, or others are a significant plus.
