As a shop assistant with us, you will be an important part of our team and contribute to creating a positive experience for all our visitors.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for someone who is cheerful and driven in their work, with a strong commitment to providing the best possible service. You are solution-oriented and quickly find solutions to problems that arise. As a person, you are proactive, take initiative, and work purposefully to achieve set goals. You actively contribute to a sense of community and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are loyal to the company's values and goals.

Your responsibilities

• Work together with colleagues to manage the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and inviting.
• Receive and stock merchandise.
• Handle cash register and payments.
• Participate in customer activities and campaigns.
• Manage product exposure and campaign signage.
• Promote a great experience for all our visitors.

Requirements and qualifications

We are looking for engaged employees who want to be part of our team. You have a good ability to independently identify and perform necessary tasks, and you are motivated by contributing to the store's success. Experience in a service-oriented industry is an advantage. You must be proficient in Swedish, both in speech and writing.
