We at Direktfix are now looking for more amateur carpenters – preferably retirees or people who want to work part-time – for our growing business in basic carpentry tasks.

About the role

As a carpenter, you are also a team leader and play a key role in our way of working. You work together with one of our “fixers” at the customer’s site and are responsible for ensuring the work flows smoothly, maintains high quality, and that both the customer and colleague feel secure.

What do we do?

We help homeowners in the Stockholm area with practical tasks such as:

• Repairing, extending, and oiling terraces
• Building fences and railings

Many people who are far from the labor market work with us – including Ukrainian refugees. We call them fixers.

They are skilled, motivated, and willing to work, but often lack language skills, networks, and experience of Swedish work culture. This is where you come in.

As a team leader, you work together as a team and additionally create:

• Security and structure in the work
• Guidance for the fixer in customer meetings
• Assurance that the job is performed professionally

You simply become the link that makes everything work.
