Do you want an independent job where you take responsibility, meet customers, and play a key role in Pågen's daily deliveries? We are now looking for a substitute for our team in Luleå, as one of our sales representatives will be on study leave.

As a Pågen Sales Representative, you work with both the distribution and sales of Pågen's fresh bread and coffee bread to our retail customers. You are responsible for ensuring our products are in stock, look fresh, and are presented in the best possible way in the store. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy taking initiative, like customer contact, and want a job where the days go by quickly.

Responsibilities

In the role of Pågen Sales Representative, you will among other things:

• deliver Pågen's products to stores in your area
• stock, display, and replenish products in the store
• handle orders, returns, and follow-ups
• have daily contact with store staff
• contribute to good service, orderliness, and a strong presence in the store
• work independently with responsibility for your route and your customers

The work usually starts early in the morning. At our company, it is important that you are meticulous, reliable, and enjoy physical work where you are on the move.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, positive, and enjoys providing good service. You need to be able to work independently, plan your day, and at the same time be a good representative for Pågen when visiting our customers.

You don't need to know everything from the start. We ensure you receive training and the right conditions to get started in the role.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently
• Good service orientation
• Meticulousness and sense of responsibility

About the employment

The position is a fixed-term contract starting in August 2026, when one of our employees will be on study leave. The contract is expected to last for approximately two years.

The work is based in Luleå, and working hours are primarily scheduled for early mornings and daytime. Weekend work may occur according to the schedule.
