As a sorterer at the Dagab warehouse in Örebro, you are responsible for safely, efficiently, and with high quality loading finished pallets. Your work is a crucial part of the chain that ensures goods reach stores across the country on time.
You will become part of the transport team, where collaboration, team spirit, and communication are in focus. Together, you work across departmental boundaries to create efficient and reliable transports every day. The pace here is fast and the goal is clear: deliveries must be made on time, at the correct temperature, and with as low environmental impact as possible.
The work takes place in different temperature zones and is both physical and varied, with periods of high tempo.
ResponsibilitiesIn the role of sorterer at Dagab, the main tasks are:
- Completing orders: Using a truck console, you consolidate load carriers and load Dagab's own vehicles.
In the future, other tasks may also become relevant.
Working HoursIn this role, you work evening shifts, 16:00–01:00 from Sunday to Thursday.
Employment TypeFixed-term full-time employment until week 35.
Start Date 📅The position starts immediately.
The role begins with extensive training for 2 weeks on a full-time basis. This is mandatory for all hired in this role and provides you with the prerequisites to learn and succeed in the position.

Requirements and QualitiesRequirements- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
- Forklift license with category A.
- Forklift license with category B.
- Experience from forklift driving.
- Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar.
- Previous experience in physical work.
- Positive if you have been or are active in any sport.
You have a positive attitude and like to take responsibility, whether it involves respecting times, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and are motivated by receiving clear feedback on a job well done.
To thrive in this role, good physical fitness is required, and you must take care of your health as heavy lifting occurs. You also need to be self-initiative and have the ability to see the bigger picture, while also being able to handle stress during high workload.
Being good at collaboration is important as you work together with Dagab's different departments. Contributing to collaboration and a good atmosphere in the group is important, regardless of different perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, and languages. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contact when performing your tasks.
Importance is also placed on other personal qualities.
SalarySalary: According to collective agreement, following the warehouse and e-commerce agreement here. The salary is a GFL salary (GFL = your compensation is based on the average of everyone working in the warehouse, which at this warehouse is a good compensation). OB (shift allowance) and overtime compensation are added in accordance with the collective agreement.
Recruitment ProcessYou need to apply directly via the ad. After you have submitted your application, you will receive an email to complete an AI interview with Hubert. The next step will be a legal background check via Fortcheck. Thereafter, reference checks are conducted digitally with the help of Refensa. After this digital process, the next step for candidates who move forward is an interview with Marketpeople on-site at Dagab. The final step in the process will be a debriefing with Dagab's own supervisors.
Drug tests are applied in connection with the recruitment and since Dagab values good working environment conditions especially highly, random drug tests are performed at the workplace.
