EuroGroup Properties is an owner-managed real estate company focusing on industrial and office properties, with a portfolio stretching from Stockholm to Skåne. The company currently owns five properties of varying sizes, ranging from 6,000 to 40,000 sqm, and is in a clear phase of growth.

The company was founded in 2015 as part of the Eurotransport group – an established and successful logistics and car transport company that handles approximately 140,000 vehicles annually in Sweden. As the group expanded, the need arose to own and develop its own properties, laying the foundation for EuroGroup Properties.

EuroGroup Properties is now looking for its first internal construction project manager. This is a key role where you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing the company's ongoing and future construction projects, from concept to completion. You will report directly to the owners and have a unique opportunity to influence both the projects and the company's continued development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and be responsible for construction projects from concept to completion
• Lead design processes and coordinate consultants
• Responsible for procurement of contractors and suppliers
• Handle authority contacts and permit processes
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Manage EPC (Design and Build) contracts
• Monitor project schedules, quality, and economics

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering from a technical university/college or University of Applied Sciences (or other education/experience deemed equivalent).
• Professional experience in project and construction management (or other professional experience deemed equivalent). We believe you have at least 5 years of experience, probably more.
• Very high degree of independence.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and social competence.
• Good knowledge of industry standard contracts such as AB04, ABT06, etc.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Personal suitability
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

NICE TO HAVE

• Professional experience in construction production on the contracting side.
