About the Role

We are looking for extra resources for assignments within construction and warehousing on weekdays, with tasks adapted to the customer's needs. Duties vary between simple assembly, carrying assistance, and support during construction and warehouse work. You are expected to be punctual, physically resilient ("have a strong back"), and willing to learn new tasks. Possession of a B-driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Your Responsibilities

• Carrying assistance during deliveries, loading, and unloading at various work sites
• Simple assembly of furniture, interior fittings, or building components according to instructions
• Assistance with construction and warehouse work such as stacking, sorting, and simple preparations
• Transport support between work sites or warehouses as needed (B-driver's license is an advantage)
• Follow safety routines, use personal protective equipment, and report deviations
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure assignments are carried out efficiently
• Be flexible with working hours and ready to take extra hours when required by the customer

Your Profile

• Practical and strong with good physical endurance — resilience is key
• Punctual and responsible, with the ability to keep to schedules and agreements
• Willing to learn new tasks; attitude and work ethic are highly valued
• Experience in construction, assembly, or warehouse work is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good verbal communication skills in Swedish; English is an advantage
• B-driver's license is an advantage as some assignments may require driving between locations
• Follows safety regulations and works safely with regard to your own and others' working environment
