What does the role entail?

Through a customer-focused, business-minded, and quality-driven approach, your task will be to develop, plan, and lead projects on behalf of the customer, as well as be part of the customer's facility management. The work involves contributing to the department's set goals and being an active part of the business's development. Consequently, the role entails responsibility for delivery, customer relations, and economics in a varied daily routine. You will be part of a larger team with broad and diversified competence, where we work together towards various project customers. Travel throughout the country occurs.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the operational project delivery to ensure a professional and satisfactory delivery to the customer.
• Establish and develop a trust-based and business-minded dialogue with the customer, as well as ongoing follow-up within the framework of the delivery.
• Improvement and development work, both internally and towards the customer.
• Coordination, steering, and collaboration with other groups within Coor as well as with subcontractors.
• Follow-up of project economics.

We see that you have:

• Education and/or experience within property operations and project management of installation projects (5+ years) or other equivalent and relevant education/experience, preferably within the electrical field, assessed as suitable for the role.
• Experience in coordinating and steering various technical deliveries within construction and installation projects.
• Experience in installation technology, preferably within security deliveries.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Knowledge of Base P/Base U.
• Ability to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Start date: According to agreement
• Probation period: 6 months

The role is placed in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
