On behalf of our client, Miljonbemanning is now looking for an engaged and responsible Category C driver for a full-time temp-to-perm assignment. The client company operates within laundry and textile services, working with delivering, collecting, and handling textiles for corporate clients, primarily within the hotel and restaurant industry.

As a driver, you will become an important part of the client's daily logistics. You are responsible for ensuring deliveries are carried out in a safe, punctual, and professional manner, while representing both the client company and Miljonbemanning in customer interactions.

As a Category C driver, you will work with the distribution of textiles according to planned routes. The workday starts early, usually around 05:00, and the assignment involves approximately 1–5 stops per day depending on the route.

Tasks may include:

• driving trucks according to the planned schedule

• delivering clean laundry and textiles to customers

• collecting dirty laundry and return materials

• loading, unloading, and handling cages, bags, and other cargo

• checking that the correct goods are on board

• ensuring that labeling, delivery notes, and shipments match

• packing the vehicle for upcoming runs

• maintaining daily contact with customers and colleagues

• reporting deviations, delays, or any issues

• working according to the client's routines, safety requirements, and quality goals

The job suits you if you thrive in an independent role where you take significant personal responsibility. Since the role involves handling cages and bags, the work can be physically demanding.

• holds a valid Category C driving license

• holds a valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

• has experience in professional driving

• can communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• is reliable, responsible, and service-oriented

• has good physical fitness and enjoys active work

• is meticulous, structured, and punctual

• is self-motivated and can take responsibility for your driving

• has good teamwork skills and professional customer handling

• is comfortable following routines, schedules, and delivery instructions

Previous experience in distribution, the laundry industry, textile services, or similar transport assignments with recurring customer contact is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of deliveries being made on time, correctly, and with a high level of service. You are a person who takes responsibility for both the vehicle, the cargo, and customer relations.

You will become part of a small driver group where responsibility, collaboration, and flexibility are key parts of everyday life.

This is a staffing assignment where you will be employed by Miljonbemanning and work on-site at our client's premises.

The position is full-time, and the work is primarily scheduled Monday to Friday. The workday usually starts at 05:00, and a shift is estimated to be around 6–7 hours per day. Work on some Sundays may occur if needed.

The salary level for the position is approximately 32,000 SEK per month, depending on experience and agreement.
