Division Agriculture's production organization is now looking for a new Process Operator based in Eslöv. In Eslöv, we have a seed and seedling facility that handles 33,000 tons of cereal seed and 7,000 tons of seed annually with 18 permanent employees.

What you will do

As a Process Operator, you will work with a variety of tasks including receiving raw materials, cleaning and packing finished products, as well as forklift driving. In addition to participating in daily production, you will be involved in process monitoring, improvement work, internal and external audits, risk assessments, and hygiene work.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed upper secondary education or work experience with similar tasks.
• Experience in process work within production.
• An ability to quickly learn and understand instructions.
• Basic computer skills and likely experience with production-related IT systems.
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English.

You are:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. The working hours are initially scheduled for shift work, which may involve work during both day and evening hours.
