Hello Physiotherapist!

We are expanding our team to meet the high demand in the growing new city of Barkarby.

You will become part of a dynamic team collaborating with Familjeläkarna health center in Barkarby and Husby, as well as Child Health Services (BVC), home care services, and other health centers within the large Familjeläkarna family.

ABOUT US

We combine high medical competence and experience with close, personal encounters. Our clinic is a learning workplace where we welcome students, and we encourage continuous professional development. Our ambition is for every patient to receive the same professional care that we would wish for our own families, with the goal of providing rehabilitation that makes a difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your competence is our most important resource. As a physiotherapist, you play a key role in the patient-centered team, helping to create safe and high-quality care.

You will have the opportunity for varied work involving assessments and treatments for patients of all ages, both at home and at the clinic. In primary care, patient diagnoses vary widely, allowing you to work broadly or focus on specific target groups.

Documentation is done in the medical records system TakeCare.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in primary care, knowledge of hand rehabilitation, and/or assessment of cognitive and work capacity are advantageous. If you lack these specific skills but are driven and eager to develop, we will ensure you get the tools you need. New graduates are welcome; experienced colleagues are here to support you! Personal suitability for the role is highly valued.

YOUR PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong skills in prioritizing and organizing your work, always with patient safety in mind.

You take initiative and contribute ideas on how our operations can continue to develop.

You are flexible and collaborate easily with both colleagues and patients. You view professional conduct as a given, and are reliable, considerate, and innovative.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Working hours Monday to Friday, with flexibility to influence your schedule within the framework of our agreement with Region Stockholm.

Individual onboarding process.

Annually revised competence plan for your professional development.

Opportunity to initiate and participate in projects and development work.

Health and wellness allowance.

A workplace with a high degree of individual freedom and short decision-making paths.

Our operations are run according to the agreement with Region Stockholm. We are affiliated with Vårdföretagarna and have a collective agreement.

Recruitment is ongoing, meaning we may invite candidates to interviews before the application deadline has passed. We look forward to receiving your application! We work hard, and we laugh a lot!

We kindly but firmly decline direct contact from staffing and recruitment agencies, as well as sellers of job advertisements.
