Our client in Värnamo/Hillerstorp is now looking for an experienced welder for their operations!

Your role at the client:

In the role of welder, you will be part of a team working with both manual welding and robotic welding of various components. The company has several different products and parts that need to be processed, which means that the tasks will vary from product to product. You are also responsible for ensuring the machine can perform the work by handling downtime and disruptions. The position also involves a significant amount of manual welding and soldering. You will work independently towards common goals and become a vital part of a larger workflow at the company.

Your background:

As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. You are good at understanding instructions, able to maintain focus over time, and engaged in your work. Furthermore, we see that you have your own drive and are result-oriented. With an eye for detail, you are quality-conscious and take great responsibility for what you produce. We also see that you have good physical fitness as some of the tasks can be physically demanding.

Qualifications and requirements for the position are as follows:

• Experience in manual welding (MIG/MAG/TIG)
• Experience in automated/robotic welding
• Ability to communicate in Swedish (speaking and writing)
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Counterbalance truck license is an advantage
• Knowledge of programming or technical aptitude is preferred
• A high school education with a focus on industry or similar is an advantage

Working hours: Daytime, full-time

Start date: Immediately or by agreement
