At Ivini Vinbar, we are looking for an engaged waiter with an interest in sommelier work who wants to become part of our small, dedicated team. Here, genuine food and wine experiences are at the center – where every meeting with a guest is just as important as what is served in the glass.

About Ivini:

We are a restaurant and wine bar with a big heart for small-scale wine producers, exciting grape varieties, and dishes that invite conversation. Our menu is seasonal and designed for sharing – always with the wine in focus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in serving and is passionate about providing personal and warm service
• Has a strong interest in wine, preferably with sommelier training or equivalent knowledge
• Enjoys guiding guests through the wine list and creating memorable experiences
• Understands the interplay between food and wine
• Thrives in close collaboration with the kitchen and the rest of the team
• Is curious, proactive, and enjoys developing
• Is flexible, unpretentious, and comfortable in both fast-paced and calmer moments
