About the role
In the role of High Voltage Technician at Elajo Elkraft, you work with assembly, installation, and commissioning of high voltage solutions in various types of projects. The work takes place both within industry, energy solutions, and e-mobility, where you are a key part of society's electrification.
You work closely with project managers and colleagues in teams, where safety, quality, and collaboration are central parts of everyday life.
The location for the position is flexible.
Main responsibilities
- Installation and assembly of high voltage equipment within industrial facilities
- Construction and connection of low- and medium-voltage systems
- Assembly of switchgear, central units, and transformers
- Cable pulling, connection, and connection of electrical installations
- Installation of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (AC/DC)
- Assembly and installation within solar parks and battery storage
- Commissioning, testing, and functional checks
- Troubleshooting, service, and maintenance
- Participation in projects from planning to finished installation
- Ensuring that work is carried out according to current safety regulations
Qualifications and experience
- Upper secondary education in electricity/energy or equivalent experience, preferably with ECY certificate
- At least 3 years of previous experience working within industry, high voltage, or electrical installation
- Category B driver's license is required. Category BE driver's license is meritorious.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written. English is meritorious.
- Meritorious with ESA and AMS competence.
- This position may involve undergoing a security clearance based on current regulations regarding security protection.
