To our client in Jönköping, we are now looking for a Production Planner who wants to help ensure efficient flows and high delivery precision in the operations.

About the role

As a Production Planner, you are responsible for planning and monitoring production based on customer needs, capacity, and material availability. You work proactively to create efficient production flows and ensure that deliveries take place as planned.

The role involves close collaboration with several internal functions, and you will become a key person in ensuring that planning and production align in everyday operations.

You will primarily work with:

• Production planning and capacity planning
• Ensuring material availability together with purchasing and warehouse
• Monitoring deliveries and production outcomes
• Replanning and prioritization when conditions change
• Daily contact with production and other internal functions
• Working in business systems as well as monitoring planning and key figures

Who are you?

You are a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives in a role where you can combine analysis, planning, and communication. You have an easy time seeing the big picture, but are also meticulous in the details.

You enjoy having many contact points and feel confident making decisions even when conditions change rapidly.

We believe you have:

• Experience in production planning, logistics, or a similar role within manufacturing industry
• Good system proficiency, preferably in ERP/business systems
• Ability to work structured and prioritize in a changing environment
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Experience working closely with production, purchasing, or supply chain is a merit
