About the role

Selma Spa is now looking for a Spa & Wellness Manager who wants to take a holistic approach to our wellness offering and drive it forward for our hotel and conference guests as well as day visitors. You are responsible for the entire spa and wellness area, from treatments and spa and pool environments to group training and the gym, while also running our fitness club and developing the added value for our members.

At Selma Spa, wellness is not just about the spa. It is about the whole picture: body, mind, movement, recovery, community, and nature, and how all of this comes together to create an experience that the guest truly feels.

Selma Spa is one of Sweden's most established spa destinations, and we now want to take the next step. Here you will have a key role in developing both the experience and the business, not just within the spa department, but in the entire hotel.

Key Responsibilities

As Spa & Wellness Manager, you have overall responsibility for our spa operations.

This means you will:

• Develop the offering (treatments, training, concepts, and packages)
• Drive the business through upselling and smart packaging
• Create structure, direction, and energy within the team
• Ensure a strong and consistent guest experience
• Contribute to the development of the entire hotel as part of the management group

You are both operational and strategic. With presence, care, and an eye for detail, you create the right conditions for both guests and employees to thrive and develop.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience leading in a business where service, experience, and commerce meet. You have a broad interest in wellness and are driven by development and improvement.

You make things happen and thrive in a role where you drive development while staying close to the operations. You have a commercial mindset and see how offerings can create value for both the guest and the business, while simultaneously cherishing the experience in every detail.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership within spa, hotel, wellness, or similar industries
• Experience with business, budget, or P&L
• Ability to combine operations and development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from a spa or hotel facility
• Experience in developing concepts or offerings
• Practical experience in training, treatments, or wellness
• Experience from larger or complex operations
