We are looking for an interim consultant who can quickly step in and take full responsibility for operational purchasing, supplier dialogue, and improvement work in a manufacturing context. The assignment starts immediately and is suitable for you who work systematically, take ownership, and want to drive things forward.

About the role

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting approximately 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client's site.

💼 Responsibilities

In this assignment, you are independently responsible for operational purchasing delivery: from needs assessment and ordering to delivery follow-up and supplier contacts. A central part of the role is to create structure in working methods and processes, so that the purchasing flow becomes clear, efficient, and easy to follow. You will also support the onboarding and implementation of a new purchasing-related tool, as well as contribute to ongoing production and material planning according to existing processes. The role is operational and requires you to quickly get up to speed, prioritize correctly, and take ownership.

  • Operational purchasing, order placement, delivery monitoring, and supplier dialogue
  • Structure and improve the purchasing process with a focus on clarity and follow-up
  • Support the introduction and onboarding of a new tool related to purchasing
  • Ongoing production and material planning in collaboration with relevant functions
  • Frequent coordination with production, quality, and logistics to ensure secure delivery

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

  • Experience in operational purchasing in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for delivery
  • Good system proficiency and experience with ERP (e.g., D365 or equivalent)
  • Ability to create structure in flows, working methods, and follow-up
  • Availability to start immediately

Merits:

  • Experience from life science, biotech, or other regulated industries
  • Supply planning/material planning
  • Experience in process improvement and/or tool implementation within purchasing
