UX Designer at Logikfabriken

You'll work close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality, and designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time. You're confident in your work, you do your best thinking when problems get complex, and you want room to make a real impact. EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of UX design experience

• You've worked end-to-end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow-up in real usage.

• You're used to making design decisions where technology, business, and user needs all need to be balanced.

• Experience from SaaS, B2B, internal tools, or complex workflows is a strong plus ✚. You know what it means to design for products that ship continuously, evolve over time, and serve real customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Curious and forward-leaning. You want to understand users, products, and the problem behind the problem, and you keep an eye on where design and technology are heading next.

• Always learning, always sharing. You look for ways to learn from others and pass on what you know, whether through pairing, critique, writing, or just thinking out loud in a chat thread.

• A love for complex problems. Tangled domains, messy edge cases, and unclear requirements energize you rather than scare you off.

• A collaborative way of working. You share early, invite feedback, and bring others along instead of designing in isolation.

• Comfortable with AI in your craft. You've adopted AI tools into your own workflow, and ideally also designed AI-powered features or products.

• Strong craft in interaction design, prototyping, and visualizing solutions.

• Outcome-oriented. You don't stop at shipped. You care about whether the design actually moved the needle for users and the business, and you use that to shape what comes next.

• A pragmatic mindset. Good design that ships beats perfect design that never does.

YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT You'll join a Swedish SaaS company in the people and culture space as the designer in one of their product teams. You'll be a member of the product trio alongside a product manager and an engineering lead, and you'll own the full design process for the team, from discovery through delivery. You'll also play a real part in shaping how AI shows up in the product. The product helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement, leadership, and wellbeing through continuous feedback and AI-driven insights. Expect complex flows, layered data, and users that range from frontline employees to executives. A great fit if you like designing for products that are both data heavy and deeply human. ----
