About the Assignment

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Technician for an exciting assignment with an established industrial company in Småland, Sweden. The company specializes in precision machining and metal components for demanding industrial applications, and is currently in an expansion phase with a focus on quality, technology, and development.

About the Role

After an introductory period, you will work independently with CNC machines, primarily milling and multi-operation machines. You will program the machines and manage the entire production flow – from programming and setup to the finished part – where you are also responsible for the quality of the parts you manufacture.

You will serve as a key resource for your colleagues, contributing your experience and competence regarding programming, machine settings, and setup. The work is primarily conducted with black steel and stainless steel, and the production consists of small batches and one-off manufacturing.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Program machines according to drawings and requirements
• Setup and adjustment of machines
• Responsible for the quality of manufactured parts
• Support colleagues with programming and machine settings as needed
