About the Role

As a counterbalance forklift operator (large forklift), you are responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods in our terminal and warehouse facilities. You will drive and maneuver large forklifts for loading, unloading, and internal transport, secure cargo, and contribute to order and safety in the workplace.

• Location: As agreed (local facilities).
• Scope: Full-time, fixed-term, or permanent employment depending on the assignment.
• Working Hours: Daytime shifts with the possibility of shift work if needed.
• Start Date: Immediately or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Operating counterbalance forklifts (large forklifts) for loading, unloading, and internal material handling.
• Securing and stacking cargo according to current procedures and load securing regulations.
• Performing daily inspections of the forklift, reporting, and rectifying deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, confident in machine operation, and has a strong focus on safety. You thrive in practical work and can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid forklift license for counterbalance forklifts (large forklifts).
• Documented experience in driving large forklifts or similar types.
• Good understanding of load securing and safe working methods.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience working in warehouses or terminals.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking.
• Additional forklift certifications.
