Do you want to work in a modern and technology-intensive production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for a Toolmaker for Frauenthal Gnotec. At Gnotec, you will become part of a global industrial company specialized in sheet metal processing and advanced manufacturing for the automotive and machine tool industries, among others. Gnotec invests in new technology, automation, and competence development – and now we are looking for a toolmaker to join an experienced team.

The position is based on a 2-shift system, starting with day shifts during the introductory period.

Your Responsibilities

The work is varied and practical, with a focus on ensuring stable production. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Ongoing and preventive maintenance of press tools
• Troubleshooting and resolving acute production stoppages
• Repair, adjustment, and grinding of existing tools
• Operating manual workshop machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines
• Active participation in improvement work and the development of our tool processes

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical education at the upper secondary level, preferably from an industrial or technical program
• Advantageous experience in tool maintenance, repair, or work with press tools
• Experience from service or maintenance within the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
