About the Role
Vestre Production AB in Torsby is expanding its production and is now looking for welders for their facility in Torsby. You will be part of a team responsible for welding various components for Vestre's sustainable outdoor furniture. The goal at Vestre is to create an inclusive workplace with great opportunities for development in self-managing teams, where everyone takes responsibility for their workspace and feels pride in Vestre's production. There is a strong focus on safety, health, environment, as well as quality and delivery. Your working hours are in 2-shifts, and Vestre's increased need is for a full-time position. You will work in Vestre's excellent production facility in Torsby.

In your role as a welder at Vestre, your main tasks will include: - MIG/MAG welding - Quality control - Reading technical drawings - Teamwork

The position of Welder at Vestre is a consulting assignment starting immediately! You will become part of our staffing agency, meaning you will be employed by Adecco to perform work at Vestre.

About You
You have previous experience working as a welder and preferably have training in welding with a focus on MIG/MAG. You are a goal-oriented person who is proactive, yet thoughtful, with a high focus on quality and precision. Furthermore, you are a quick learner with a desire to learn. You are an approachable and positive person who enjoys working independently and being part of a team where you contribute to job satisfaction. You are a loyal person with a strong work ethic who understands the importance of attendance and achieving production goals in a manufacturing environment. Taking initiative, showing curiosity, interest, and engagement in your work comes naturally to you.

Key requirements for the role: - Welding skills in MIG/MAG - Responsibility - Team player - Quality conscious - Good ability to learn
