Job Responsibilities

The main task in this role is compressing and sorting incoming goods at the warehouse in Agnesberg. This means you are responsible for ensuring that the correct order is delivered with the right shipment. The goods consist of food products, and you will primarily work in a cold environment, approx. +4°C. Work in a freezer (-26°C) will also occur. The goods must be handled with care as they are sent directly to customers' kitchens across the country.

Working Hours

This position is an on-call employment during weekdays. Shifts will primarily be at night (23:59–07:41), but day shifts may be available in the future. The role begins with two weeks of paid training starting immediately!

Requirements

  • For this position, you must be studying or have another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., part-time job, own business, or elite sports). A certificate is required before any employment.
  • Forklift license
  • You must be at least 18 years old to be employed in this position.
  • Since workplace induction, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you must have good proficiency in the Swedish language.

We use the Verifieras control tool to ensure that the candidates in question do not have a background incompatible with the current position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Driver's license

Personal Qualities

You are responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You should be in good physical shape as the role involves frequent lifting and a fast-paced work environment. No specific prior knowledge is required, but it is crucial that you are a team player, as you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to manage daily operations.

Since training, workplace induction, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you must have good proficiency in the Swedish language.
