We are now looking for an experienced foreman within concrete work who wants to take on a key role in a company on a clear growth journey. Our headquarters are located in Sollentuna, within easy walking distance from Helenelund station.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who is just as comfortable leading as they are getting their hands dirty. As a foreman, you are responsible for driving daily production forward: you distribute tasks, coordinate resources, and hold a team of 5–10 people and subcontractors together. When the situation demands it, you roll up your sleeves and work operationally alongside the team. You are the hub of the project: responsible for keeping to the schedule, delivering quality, and ensuring the client always feels they are in safe hands.

Your Responsibilities

• You lead, distribute, and coordinate the daily work on site.
• You are the natural link between the client and your team on the project.
• You coach and motivate your employees towards common goals and deadlines.
• You work operationally when the situation requires it.
• You ensure the project stays on schedule and handles deviations proactively.
• You are responsible for purchasing services and materials in consultation with management when needed.
• You maintain ongoing contact with the client and resolve any issues that arise.

Who Are You?

You have at least 5 years of practical experience in concrete work and know exactly what it takes to bring a project to a successful conclusion. You are a confident leader who is solution-oriented, business-minded, and thrives in a role where no two days are alike. Varied project work is no obstacle for you.

You don't need to know everything, but you need to take responsibility. You see the big picture, communicate clearly, and know when to act and when to delegate.
