MIAB is looking for a Team Leader for our center in Gothenburg, a location that is growing with more customers and employees.

As a Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in your assigned area. You will staff with substitutes when needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work!

The role involves customer contact, which places high demands on a sense of service with care – a key value at MIAB.

The role also includes performing cleaning duties at our customers' premises during your working day, if required. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a cleaner to ensure delivery to the customer. You work together with colleagues in similar positions and report to the Operations Manager.

You will travel between our customers by car, which requires that you hold a manual car driving license and drive in a safe and secure manner.

The job also involves working with our systems, requiring good computer skills.

Language requirements for the position: Swedish

Swedish is a mandatory requirement, including the ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple and clear language.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services who holds SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800 certification. Leadership training is an advantage.
