Your Role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and developing our projects within damage restoration, where asbestos work is involved. You have budget and personnel responsibility for a group of approximately 10 people, with the goal of building up and expanding the team.

The role is both operational and business-oriented. You are very active in the field, visiting projects, supporting employees, and maintaining regular contact with customers. You ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current regulations, with high quality and a good working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for budget, personnel, working environment, and resource planning
• Leading, planning, following up on, and quality-assuring projects
• Ensuring that work is performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and building long-term relationships
• Contributing to the development and establishment of operations within the asbestos sector

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have the ability to lead others, create engagement and structure, and a drive to develop both yourself and the business. Being a team player is important; here, we all work towards the same goal.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from damage and restoration work or the construction industry, e.g., in demolition, damage, or restoration, and a good understanding of current regulations
• At least two years of experience in personnel responsibility in a role such as Team Leader, Site Manager, or similar
• Good IT skills and administrative ability
• Ability to work closely with customers and in a business-like manner
• Valid Category B driver's license

Courses in asbestos are considered meritorious but not a requirement.
