Responsibilities

As a Refrigeration Project Manager, you will become an important part of their operations in Stockholm, based in Årsta. You will work closely with service managers, branch managers, and all colleagues within Energy and ROT. It is a competitive, engaged team that works very well together. You are responsible for driving and developing the refrigeration business and ensuring that projects and services maintain high quality and good profitability. The role involves freedom under responsibility and great opportunities to influence and develop the business.

You will mainly:

• Lead projects through all phases and be responsible for calculations, results, and execution
• Work operationally and strategically with follow-up and evaluation
• Build and develop customer relationships, including upselling
• Ensure a safe and sustainable working environment
• Contribute to engagement, clear communication, and participation in the team
• Continuously report on project economics and progress

We are looking for you who:

• Have a few years of experience in the refrigeration industry
• Have documented experience in project management
• Have experience with AB/ABT and ÄTA management
• Have a good understanding of contracting and service projects within refrigeration
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good computer skills, preferably in the Office suite
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with calculation work and tender processes
• Experience with financial follow-up and project results
