About the Role As an Automotive Painter with us, you work on painting components and vehicles within our hypercar production. Your primary focus is to prepare and paint parts and vehicles to meet Zenvo's high requirements for cosmetic quality and durability. The role involves both advanced painting processes and special finishes based on specific customer requests. You work through the entire process – from surface treatment and masking to painting, polishing, and finishing – where precision and attention to detail are crucial. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming before painting
• Mix and apply primer, basecoat, clearcoat, and special finishes according to specifications
• Perform polishing and finishing work to eliminate minor defects and achieve the highest quality level
• Mask vehicles and components to protect surfaces that are not to be painted
• Document material usage and completed work for traceability
• Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools according to current safety and quality requirements
• Follow safety and environmental regulations regarding protective equipment, ventilation, and chemical handling
• Contribute feedback and improvement suggestions regarding painting processes, materials, and color development

• Vocational training in automotive painting or vehicle painting
• Experience from premium vehicles, custom cars, or similar advanced painting environments
• Experience with complex colors and effect paints is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of paint application and surface treatment
• Knowledge of paint systems, curing, and environmental conditions
• A very high focus on quality and details
• Good visual sense for color and finish
• Ability to work meticulously and methodically even at a high pace
• English – good level
• Driver's license

The role is tied to Zenvo Automotive's headquarters and workshop in Præstø on southern Zealand, southeast of Copenhagen, and the employment is in Denmark. Præstø is within a reasonable commuting distance from Scania, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Malmö and approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Helsingborg.
