From the start, they have had a collective agreement, and today, sustainability, quality, and innovation are as much a part of their daily operations as they are values. They charge their electric vehicles with solar power at their newly built office in Gothenburg and are developing their own IT system for smarter planning and customer management. At Städalliansen, something is always happening – and now we are looking for a Cleaning Manager who wants to grow with the company and contribute to an even stronger team.

💼 Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Manager, you will have a varied role where you plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work of their cleaning team. You combine operational work with customer contact and personnel management, playing a key role in ensuring quality and employee well-being.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Plan and lead the daily work within the cleaning team
• Ensure quality, procedures, and smooth operations – both in the field and from the office
• Conduct quality checks, support during onboarding, and participate in cleaning when needed
• Handle customer contact; ensure satisfied customers, follow up on deliveries, and identify new business opportunities
• Engage in inside sales; follow up on warm leads and establish new customer relationships
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff together with the training coordinator

The administrative work is limited to simple follow-ups, reporting, and planning. At Städalliansen, you get a balance between operational responsibility in the field and office-based work.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience in facility cleaning or team leadership, and a preference for a leading or coordinating role, is advantageous
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Strong administrative skills
