We are now looking for a service technician who wants to work broadly within building technology and become a key player in our team in Jönköping. Here you will take a holistic approach to our customers' properties and contribute with both technical competence and a service-oriented attitude.

You will have the opportunity to work with

As a service technician, you work with ongoing operation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance within several technical areas. You are the one who provides the right solution when something goes wrong – and the one who ensures that the facilities function before problems even arise.

• Operation and supervision of building technical systems
• Troubleshooting and repairs within areas such as ventilation, cooling, plumbing, and control & regulation
• Minor installations and measures
• Service and preventive maintenance
• Customer contact and technical advice

Participation in on-call duty/roster as needed.

Your background

We see that you are a service technician, preferably with several years of experience in building maintenance, such as both preventive measures and repairs.

• You have a relevant technical education.
• You have good experience collaborating with colleagues regarding supervision and maintenance within buildings.
• You have the ability to work independently with daily customer contacts.
• You are accustomed to working with documentation and reporting.
• You have good Swedish skills in speech and writing, as well as a B driver's license.
