Where you will work
Forenede Care operates the care and residential home Forenede Care Ekhöjden on behalf of Sundbyberg Municipality. The facility offers 65 apartments to people with dementia and those with extensive care needs. It is located approximately 2 km from Sundbyberg center, directly opposite Solvalla, in a beautiful natural area.

Who are you?
You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.
Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.
To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being skilled at building good relationships and being service-oriented. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you feel comfortable in this environment.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a colleague for a full-time position, starting with a probationary period that leads to a permanent employment (100%). Start date by agreement.
Qualifications
- Specialist education in dementia care, palliative care, or elderly care.
- Previous experience in elderly care is considered an asset.
