About the Role

You are an present leader who works on the floor together with the team. You create structure, order, and hygiene according to IP Livsmedel (Swedish Food Industry Association standards) and our internal routines, setting the standard for how work is performed. Through clear coaching, instruction, and follow-up, you enable operators to perform, develop, and take ownership. You take an active approach to the introduction and training of new employees, ensuring they quickly become part of the team.

Results are central to the role. You monitor production against plans, report outcomes, absenteeism, and key figures, using these numbers to improve daily operations. Continuous improvement is not a side project for you – it is how you work.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who has experience as a Team Leader and thrives in a fast-paced environment where quick decisions are required. You are accustomed to leading people in production and know how to increase pace without compromising on quality or safety. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are confident in writing instructions, documenting deviations, and communicating clearly. You have a good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and traceability. Experience from manufacturing industry, especially food production, is a plus.

As a person, you are straightforward and clear. You speak in numbers, concrete examples, and expectations. You speak up when necessary and do not avoid uncomfortable situations. You are hungry for this role, want to take responsibility, and make a real difference. When things get tough, you stay, take command, and show loyalty to both the team and the business. Above all, you are a leader who is visible where it happens – on the line, in production, close to the people and the results.
