Job Responsibilities

As a part-time worker in elderly care or LSS (Support Services for Persons with Functional Impairments), you make a difference for other people every day. You work as needed in our various operations and contribute to creating security and well-being for those you meet.

The tasks vary, but you support people in their daily lives, either at home or in residential care. This can involve personal care, such as help with dressing, hygiene, and meals, but also social support through conversation, community, and activities, as well as helping with daily chores like cooking and cleaning.

As a temporary worker, you get the opportunity to develop, learn about new operations, and build valuable experience for the future. You become an important part of the operation and get the opportunity to work in a role where your commitment really shows. Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and a respectful, secure, and professional interaction. You take responsibility, are orderly, and adapt easily to different situations and individuals.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in healthcare and social care, or if you are studying or have completed education in, for example, the healthcare and care program, nursing program, other nursing education, pedagogy, or behavioral science. If you have worked for us before and have good references, we also see this as positive.

To work with us, you need to be at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. A B-driver's license is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability.
