Your Responsibilities

In the role of a powder coater, you will work with manual powder coating of products in both sheet metal and aluminum, handling everything from small details to larger structures. The work takes place in a modern production environment with high demands for quality and precision. You will be responsible for the entire process – from surface preparation, masking, and hanging, to powder application and final result inspection. The company undertakes assignments for a broad customer base across various industries, which means varied tasks and a wide range of products and shapes to coat. You work closely with the production team and contribute to maintaining consistent quality and an efficient flow throughout the coating process. We are looking for you who have previous experience with manual powder coating, preferably from industrial production. You are used to working independently, have an eye for detail, and always strive to deliver a perfect final result. Experience with surface treatment, priming, and different material types is highly meritorious.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have solid experience in workshop work, preferably with a specialization in powder coating. You have previously worked in similar roles and are confident in the entire process – from preparation to finished coating. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and self-initiating, with a strong focus on delivering a professional result every time. The role requires you to work methodically and efficiently, with high precision even at larger volumes or with varying products. As a person, you are responsible, stable, and reliable. You enjoy taking personal responsibility for your work and have the ability to plan and structure your day in an efficient manner. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to read and follow safety regulations and instructions.
