About the role

Nordic Staffing Group is now looking for scaffolders for one of our clients in the construction and infrastructure sector. Here you will have the opportunity to work on varied projects, become part of a skilled team, and contribute to safe workplaces with high quality. As a scaffolder, you will work with the assembly, disassembly, and adaptation of construction scaffolds on various types of work sites. The projects may vary in scope and environment, making this role suitable for you who thrive in a practical profession where no two days are alike. The work is performed in teams and requires that you have a strong sense of safety, are meticulous in your execution, and find it easy to collaborate with others on the job site.

What the role entails

You will mainly work with:

• Assembly and disassembly of construction scaffolds
• Adapting scaffolds according to project needs
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues and other professional groups on the job site
• Contributing to a safe, secure, and efficient working environment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as a scaffolder
• Professional certification or other documented experience in the field
• Good understanding of safety, working environment, and current regulations
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and confident in your approach. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working with others, and understand the importance of always prioritizing safety.
