We at Hedermann Gruppen AB are expanding and are now looking for a floor layer with specialized expertise in plastic mats and wet rooms.

About the role

As a floor layer with us, you will work on everything from minor repairs for private individuals to larger contract projects. The main focus is on laying plastic and vinyl mats in both dry areas and wet rooms.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparation work such as sanding, filling, and self-leveling screed.
• Laying of plastic mats, linoleum, and vinyl flooring.
• Pattern matching and welding of seams for a tight and aesthetic result.
• Wet room work (sloping construction and installation of waterproofing/wall mats).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is independent, punctual, and takes pride in their professional skills. Since you often work on-site at customer locations, it is important that you are service-oriented and speak good Swedish.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Documented experience in floor laying, specifically plastic mats.
• Certification: GVK certification or vocational certificate is highly meritorious.
• Driver's License: A category B driver's license is required to travel between projects.
• Personal qualities: Attention to detail, solution-oriented, and a good team player.
