About the role
You will install our system on-site at restaurants, ensure everything runs smoothly, and help customers get started. When issues arise, you are the one to solve them — quickly, calmly, and with a smile. You also serve as our eyes and ears at the customer site, and your feedback is crucial for building a better product.
You install and configure Vendion’s platform for new customers — including cash registers, tablets, printers, and network setups. You train restaurant staff in the system and ensure they feel confident from day one. You provide first-class support via phone, chat, and email — and occasionally on-site.
We are looking for someone who...
- Is comfortable with technology — networks, hardware, and IT systems
- Is service-oriented and patient
- Is self-sufficient and solution-oriented
- Has a valid driver’s license (Category B) and is comfortable traveling within the region
- Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)
- Plus: Experience with POS systems or the restaurant industry
