We are now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader for our client's warehouse operations in Värnamo. In this role, you will be a key person in the daily work, contributing to structure, efficiency, and a strong team spirit.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the warehouse operations. You are a present leader who supports the team in achieving set goals and ensures that the work is performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on daily operational activities.
• Independently analyze economics, process compliance, and service outcomes.
• Identify improvement suggestions for existing processes.
• Identify potential areas for improvement.
• Conduct current state analyses (profitability, work structure, etc.).
• Handle various personnel matters in consultation with HR.
• Develop, engage, and motivate your employees.

The position is full-time and is expected to start immediately or as agreed. We prefer that you are available for work throughout the summer. Working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday, 12:00–20:00.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have experience within warehousing and logistics and want to take the next step in your career, or who have previously held a leadership position and wish to continue developing in a leadership role. You are someone who naturally takes responsibility, has a drive to move forward, and thrives in a role where you work closely with both people and operations. You are motivated by seeing others develop and have the ability to create engagement within the group, while maintaining a clear focus on results and efficiency. We also appreciate that you enjoy working in a structured manner, have good communication skills, can work independently, and are driven by improvement work.

You should preferably have good experience with Microsoft Office and be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
