Siemens Energy AB develops and manufactures world-leading gas turbines for a global market. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for handling materials and goods using both reach trucks and counterbalance trucks (5 tons). You will work with the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that material handling is carried out safely and efficiently. The role also offers the opportunity to combine practical work with administrative tasks in our business system, SAP.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handling goods and materials using reach trucks and counterbalance trucks (5 tons).
- Receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Picking materials and inventory management.
- Registration and follow-up in SAP.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient material flows.
The working hours are initially scheduled for day shifts, with the ambition to transition to two-shift work after a period.
Day Shift:
- Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Two-Shift Work:
- Morning shift (Monday–Friday): 06:00–14:00
- Afternoon shift (Monday–Thursday): 14:00–23:30
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced and flexible material handler with A1-4 and B1-4 truck licenses. You have experience handling both reach trucks and counterbalance trucks and have worked with goods receipt and dispatch. Since the role involves a significant amount of administrative work, you must be meticulous and structured in your approach. As a person, you are positive and have a natural ability to collaborate with your colleagues.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you need:
- Truck licenses A1-4 and B1-4.
- Experience handling reach trucks and counterbalance trucks.
- Category B driver's license (mandatory).
- Experience with goods receipt and dispatch.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
- Flexible and cooperative, with the ability to work independently when required.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
- English language skills in speech and writing.
- Experience operating terminal trucks (D2).
