Do you want to deliver top-class service at Karlstad's new Rotisserie & Steakhouse?
In May/June 2026, Tullhomen Rotisserie & Steakhouse opens its doors – a timeless and relaxed steakhouse with warmth, pulse, and personality. Guests are welcomed with rotisserie chicken, perfectly cooked meat, starters, à la carte dishes, and dessert classics. Lunch starts gently, but as the day progresses, the glasses fill up and the energy rises. The music and atmosphere create a warm and cool vibe, where guests feel welcome and inspired.
We are looking for service staff for the summer of 2026 with the possibility of extension, who want to be an important part of the guest experience. You will work closely with the restaurant manager and the team to create a relaxed yet sharp service feel where every detail counts.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Greeting and guiding guests with warmth and engagement
- Serving food and drinks with precision and an eye for detail
- Contributing to the team's development and a positive work environment
- Participating in training and education regarding the menu, ingredients, and beverages
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in restaurant service
- Has a genuine interest and knowledge of food and gastronomy
- Can create a warm, familial yet professional feeling for the guest
- Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoys developing together with the team
