Do you want a key role where you drive and develop projects with responsibility for both profitability and customer satisfaction? At Bäckström Anläggning AB, you will have the opportunity to lead our production group within the data center business area and contribute to our success as a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager here, you report to the Business Manager and hold overall business responsibility for our production group. You follow and develop our projects through all phases – from sales and initiation to implementation and closure. Through your work, you ensure maximum profitability, satisfied customers, and a safe working environment.

You also have personnel responsibility for the production group and work to develop the team and our operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Sales: Participate in sales activities, for example through customer responsibility, reviewing and preparing tenders and contracts.
• Project Management: Responsible for initiation, planning, and implementation of projects with a focus on economy, time, and quality.
• Follow-up: Ensure that management systems and legal requirements are met, follow up on economy and key figures, and participate in final inspections and experience feedback.
• Customer Responsibility: Maintain good customer relations and handle upselling, renegotiations, and contract changes.
• Resource Allocation: Responsible for resource and role allocation within projects and the department.
• QES Work (Quality, Environment, Safety): Ensure that quality, environmental, and safety work is followed and developed according to our guidelines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in project management within the construction and civil engineering industry.
• Has good knowledge of economy, contracts, and project follow-up.
• Is an engaged leader with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Has experience in customer relations and upselling.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
