Borås Bil offers you a broad and varied role where you will work with everything involved in a modern service workshop – from repairs and maintenance to customer contact. We are looking for you who thrive in the role of Personal Service Technician, with Volvo’s VPS concept, and who are passionate about delivering first-class service.

You are the person who greets customers and colleagues with a smile. You follow the customer and the car from start to finish through the entire service process, i.e., the customer meeting, booking, work order, ordering spare parts, repair, final invoicing, follow-up, etc.

You are responsible, proactive, and meticulous, with the ability to plan your own workday based on customer bookings. Your goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and you enjoy meeting people, providing service, and getting things done. You work closely with both your team and your team leader to create a first-class customer experience together.

We would like you to have:

• A strong interest and experience in vehicles and technology
• Genuine commitment to customer service
• A manual B driver’s license
• Professional and friendly treatment of both customers and colleagues

Previous experience as a Personal Service Technician at Volvo is advantageous. Experience with Volvo’s VPS work is highly valued, as is experience with Tacdis and Organizer.
