Are you a driven and engaged project manager who wants a central role in exciting construction projects? Then you could be the person we are looking for to join our team at LBF Bygg & Mark AB.

About the Role

As a Project Manager with us, you are a key person in the projects. You are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, economics, time, and resources. You lead the project independently and ensure profitability through correct staffing, technical solutions, and efficient production. You also become an important link between the site manager, suppliers, clients, and production staff.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Lead and manage projects according to agreed requirements and goals.
• Be responsible for quality, efficiency, and safety in the projects.
• Plan and execute production according to technical requirements.
• Be responsible for certain purchases.
• Actively communicate and provide feedback to the site manager and other project members.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who likes early mornings and has a positive, non-hierarchical, and responsible attitude. You thrive in a leadership role and are a natural problem solver who enjoys building good relationships within and outside the company. You are flexible and ready to step in where needed.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience from the construction industry.
• Bas-U and Bas-P certificates.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid B driver's license.

Location:

We are based in Arlanda Stad. The projects are primarily located in northern Greater Stockholm and sometimes in other locations.
