About You

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales within industrial flow technology or similar sectors. It is important that you have experience in developing business relationships and identifying customer needs.
  • System Knowledge: A good understanding of technical systems related to flow technology, as well as products such as pumps, valves, and piping systems, is highly advantageous. At the same time, you must be able to translate technical details into value for the customer.
  • Educational Background: A technical education in industrial plumbing, automation, or equivalent is considered valuable, especially if it strengthens your ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to our customers.
  • Certifications: Courses in flow technology and sales are advantageous as they demonstrate both technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and propose innovative solutions that address these needs.
  • Technical Understanding: Technical insights to effectively communicate the benefits of products to customers and build trust.
  • Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented approach is crucial for creating reliable quotes and contracts.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work together with customers and internal teams to develop solutions that are both technically sustainable and commercially viable.

About the Role

In the role of Inside Sales, you will be part of a professional sales team where, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for sales to Ahlsell's customers in Värmland/Dalsland and surrounding areas. You will work to provide the company's customers with the best possible advice and service throughout their purchasing process. Ahlsell is the market leader and one of the strongest brands in the industry. Being a key player at Ahlsell to understand customer needs and find the right solutions is seen by you as an exciting challenge and an important mission.
